I started out by looking for some additive to prevent the moisture from freezing.. resulting in rebuilding the lift cylinder, then complete pin replacement, paint job, and welding too......... Here are some pix

Now that I sprayed the back. Things look alot nicer. I found a few cracks that It hink have been there for the 4 years I've owned her. They were hiding behind the outer trip springs. I removed them to prep the crack repair, and painted those black.

I think those cracks and those nasty pins are no cooincedence. Needless to say I replaced them. Along with every single other one on the plow.

I havn't taken pictures yet, but I Painted down my lift cylinders, the other springs, and some other little details. Will be having that welded next week once my new Motor comes in from our Mod here, BlizzardPlowman!.

I also flushed all the fluid out with ATF, cleaning it super good when it was dry, and flushed that ATF out and filling with Fisher Blue.

Looking good Matt ! Now you just need some fresh snow to test it out on ):h

Damn right.

Here some more parts.

I also cut 1 1/2" off my stops as my A-Frame has a slight arc to it. The 1/2 re-inforement plates saved it from bending in half.

I will play with the mounting holes once all re-assembled to see if I can get away with being on the lowest hole.

She's all done guys. Truck is handling better than ever with the new tire size, Monomax shocks, fuel pressure gauge, heated racor, and dialed in fan clutch so no more running hot with plow on. I've never felt more ready for winter, and the plow is in best shape I've ever owned it.

x2, looks real good! I always have liked your truck

Thanks alot guys.

I have never liked a vehicle more in my life. Price being a non-factor I would keep this truck forever if it allowed. I am doing my absolute best to make that happen. It took me a long time to get this truck dialed in the way it is now, and it's no lie in my sig that it gets better with age, and is always the best truck in the group.

The ONLY thing I would change about this truck is I wish I had an extended cab. Thats it.
