The CDR function probably not going to help MPG.
the 4" exhaust is a huge benefit, although removing the Cat and using 3" exhaust with new mandrel bent crossover and downpipe would also be a huge benefit in and of itself.
A 195 T-stat may help MPG as well. If you have not updated your DRAC/VSSB for those tall tires your speedo and odometer are both reading low and your MPG calculations off
A custom EPROM may also help your MPG, especially if using the vacuum turbo control, can get more boost when needed to help burn your fuel, and little boost when its not needed so its not robbing engine power.
