Please help asistance greatly apreciated 6.5 no fuel

Which head did you replace? If passenger side, make sure all grounds that attach at the back of the head are reconnected (3)?. When I swapped motors in my 95 I missed them along with others but i had the no fuel, no glowplug light, no ses light upon trying to start.

Crank case pressure ?? Ben crankn a lot. Injectors
Are all out still to test them still no fuel from IP

Are you saying, the injector is installed or still out not installed?
If not installed, you have to install it and just loosen the line.

Like I said, it has to build pressure.
Make sure PMD is good also.

See if Leroy can help you.

We talked. His have been out uninstalled. I told him same thing, to install them and try again. Im sure he will post results.

On a 95 the only ecm fuse I'm aware of is in the engine compartment. Also check the fuel sol. fuse and make sure the spades are clean.

You beat me to it, check the fuel shut off and see if it works.

Plug the truck in also just in case the glows plugs aren't working but fuel is flowing, this will help check one problem off the list and leave you with tracing glow plugs issues only.

Not sure if the pump needs the injectors to be able to shoot fuel but who knows, maybe we will all find out for sure now.

Heres the latest discovery
Still no dash chek engine or glow lites
Found no power to shut off solenoid on IP
ALL fuses good evrywere ! Chekd grounds on motor good!
Still lost !!!!!

Im wondering the same thing ! Hell wuts another 75$ at this point LOL !!

Maybe thers another feed directly from ignition switch to ecu or sumthing ???

Stop, stop, stop...

The truck ran before you tore it apart to fix the cracked head, right?

Unless you tore out the ignition switch in order to get to the head, what are the odds of it spontaneously crapping out?

Good observation.

I think OP messed up some wiring inside the hood when putting things together.
Something is not hook up properly.

Check the ground next to the fuel filter.

This is in my mind also. Were you able to confirm 12v to the studs? Im thinking maybe the main power to the truck harness is not connected.

no check engine AND no glow plug light = bad/missing ground.... ask me how I know for sure. I spent DAYS and pulled my hair out chasing this problem when I installed new motor lol. There are 3, I repeat 3 grounds on rear passenger head. They are the grounds for your said problems. Without those I wasnt getting fuel either. Until those are addressed you wont have a check engine light, glow plug light OR fuel to your injectors.

I hav chekd them w test lite and show good unless bad inside wire harness sumwere

IIRC,

There was somebody who cannot start, they ended up having to open one of the GP and crank it till there is fume out of the GP hole.

Then he put back the GP and start.

It was suggested somewhere here or at the other forum.
