I hav a 95 6.5 td. 200k miles. Truck had cracked head but ran good considring that. Tore apart and replaced head. Put all bak together but now no fuel to injectors No glow plug lite in dash iether hav new injection pump new ecu new crank sensor new glow plug relay good PMD box grounds on bak of head fuses all good. I am at wits end ! Any help greatly apreciated please

If you now have power to your ECM and the lift pump is working you need to purge all the air out of the fuel lines.

No need to replace the injection pump, they slowly wear out and wont suddenly die.

Sent pump n to diesel care perf. N tennesea to chek it they said it was bad unles they lied ! Kuz it still aint running ! Changed just about evrything out still no fuel out of IP got plenty fuel to it !

Im in League City. Its possibile I might could take a look. Got good batteries? Does it crank at normal speed or is it slow?
Sounds like air still in it.
Might also just be that GPs are not working, try jumping the controller by running wire from pos bat to GP side of controller for 10 seconds, then try to start.
PM me your phone # and I'll call you if you like. Maybe talking to you will spark an idea?

Why did you change the ECU? May want to put the old one back first and see.

In this type of troubleshooting, you need to do things one at a time.
Introducing new parts that can add a "bad part" variable may not be a wise move.

Anyway, If everything is good, how long did you crank it for.
Some truck take as long as 2 - 5 minutes to crank so it can build enough pressure both in the crankcase and fuel system.
You need 2 tip top batteries.

Crank case pressure ?? Ben crankn a lot. Injectors
Are all out still to test them still no fuel from IP
No. Not a white xcab

Anyone know of an aditional fuse Under dash that powers IP or Ecu ???
Location of it if so ??????
1995 model Read somewere also could be ignition switch ????
