My good friend has a new 2.6 pulling truck in the works that needs the new hood painted and the flares, etc..
He's considering plasti-dip because it seems cheaper than paint and you can change colors. He's not really happy about having the door jams, under the hood, etc showing the original color but..
I've seen a lot of YouTube videos and people really praising it for durability, etc.. but anyone here know anyone that's used it?
I looks like we'd be spending around $600 bucks for the kit and enough to coat it (CC, LB). Paint is looking around $1500 - 2000 grand (just for the few parts).
