This takes four clamps. As I was short on install I used three and had the hose slip loose. I used a pair of tin snips to shorten the hoses to size.

Looks nice and no more oil drool.

You can also see the tight fit of the K47, however it is so much better than the panel filter mess...

Yes, that is a fire extinguisher and 285 gal B99 tank in the background. Home delivery... :agreed:

HA HA HA, tin snips to trim silicone hose:hihi: Hey wait a second, I used new set of pruning shears I had laying around:rof: but all in all a pretty good fit, I'll have to get some pics of mine posted up too.

I cut about an inch off of each end of each hose for mine.

That turbo blanket is a real nice set up with the ATT. The whole set up looks good. Now i am offering the new setup at cost to the previous owners of the ATT that have the orange hose. You can email me at [email protected]. Please be patient the hose setup may still change to a one piece. The cost to have a custom hose made looks like around 58 to 62 dollars depending on how many i have made. This does not include the tooling cost which adds another 10 dollars a hose on top of the 58 to 62 dollars. American made silicone though. So it may happen yet after I get over the sticker shock.

Oh this is all based on me buying 100 to start with. so you figure it out. I have to get some capital together first.

Not only is it wrapped, but, both the turbo compressor section and the wrap is painted with 2000 degree silver header wrap sealer/paint.
If you look really close you will see the manifolds wrapped. The downpipe from the turbo to past the bend in the passenger floor pan is also wrapped. The crossover is wrapped as well.

Vs. the 1993 GM3 the A-Team pulls hard till redline. The GM3 chokes as I get more power via acceleration in a higher gear than downshifted in higher RPMs. The GM3 is snappy in town, but, where it counts on a long pull I just want to burn it. (Force an upshift or lugging with a auto trans is their main weakness.) A GM8 may be a little different I hear. I never ran this stock having bought it with a blown engine and turbo.

how do i get one of these new silcone hose set ups? the original style that came with mine has worn out twice and any oil from the cdr just seeps right thru it.

never mind, i just realized i just skipped right past the post.
