I got an oil leak on the passenger side of the engine, its all over the starter and frame, any suggestions where to start looking

I would check the valve cover, its really the only place it can come from.

But also check the oil pump drive at the back of the block, under the fuel filter and also it COULD be the oil pressure sender but both of those would put oil everywhere.

There should be a gasket between the turbo and the oil drain tube. If the turbo has been removed before, replacing the gasket may have been overlooked.
