Traded my black 18" Saleen wheels for a set of Bullet 17's. Even swap, tires and all. I got tired of the black rims and wanted something else. I kinda like this look now. It gives it kind of a Marauder style, sporty appearance to it.

Here's the old...

I think the new style is WAY sharper lookin' Nick!
The black didn't look bad but it 'blended' so well - these are REALLY nice!

I love black wheels too. I bought the car and the Saleens back in 2003 when black was first coming out and getting popular. They served me well but it was time to change. These Bullets though I really like. I wasnt sure how they'd look but I'm really happy now and the best part is that it didnt cost me a dime.

I like the New Look. Looks Lower to the Ground too.

There's a Charger here in my Town that has Torque Thrusts on it, prob. an 18" & 20" Stagger Fit, the only one like that too, all the other ones have 22"+'s on them. It looks the best out of them all. Gives it the Muscle Car look that it NEEDS.

That's what I mean!! They got an all black Maurader and you got your all black CoVic w/ the tint. The first time i saw pics of your car that's the first thing I thought of but never brought it up.

my wife bought me a DVD because I'm sick and twisted for Christmas of them scaring the shit out of people... These guys are great!

Nick, looks good and the price was great also. Sometimes a change is needed. Kinda makes you fall in love with the vehicle all over again. I go through it every spring when I take off the winter treads and throw on the summer skins....

How does it Ride now with the different Tires? Is there more Sidewall on the 17's?

I havent taken it far enough yet to determine that. My Saleens were on 245/45/18's for several years. I went to 245/50's and it made a huge difference in ride quality. Down the road, I'm gonna go with more sidewall but I havent figured that out yet. I'd like to get something kinda meaty, like wide so I need to shop around a bit.

I like both sets...

But, glad your happy Nick!

Whoa, those new ones ones look awesome on there Nick. I don't know if it's me but in the pics they make the car look like it is moving. (Only 2 beers, honest)
