Where can you get the optical sensors from. I haven't been able to find them anywhere

I searched myself after I sold my spare, but could not find any at the moment.

I forget, but the GM product down there was sold under a different name. Was is Holden?

Special cap for raiders, though I believe after several refills, the raider will transform in "sleeper"

GM products here are Opel or Chevrolet like in Europe, In Australia (aka Down Under") GM sells as "Holden"
