Ok, irregular smokin' has me puzzled......

EFI was contacted about possibly supporting these, they apparently deemed it to not be a viable business venture for them, IMO big mistake on their part.

I remember they did a pole over at DP right after the buyout and there was virtually zero interest in it at that time over there. This was after all of the SH!T hit the fan in the 6.5 section over there and many were scrambling looking for a new home, and this one was just an in it's infant stage.

Maybe an "invite" and another poll is in order?

:rolleyes5:

Well, I got my egt guage hooked up yesterday and went over that big hill today.

Truck was as unloaded as it gets, just me and a tank of gas.

I hit 1077 at one point and it would have gone higher if I'd kept my foot in it.

And she smoked, but not as bad now that my IP is somewhere on the + side of adjustment (waiting for car cade to show up for a proper adjustment). Kept smoking hard unitl I let off, and then it was more of a blueish haze until I crested the hill.

Yeesh, not a good sign for towing a travel trailer next year.......or is that normal on one of these ol' girls?

The rest of the time, it runs somewhere around 4-500 F....
