check for power at the fuel shut off solenoid(key on).
are all grounds and connectors (engine harnass)checked over?
Did you bleed at most injectors?
Where is the PMD located?

I have fuel to the injection pump,,,any idea what kind of pressure shoul be on the line leading to i-pump? i put the engine back as stock out of the factory,,,no extras

Now you just have to crank it and make sure the LP is always running to push the fuel to the IP. You may want to override the OPS. Pressure should be at least 6 psi at idle but more is better. Also make sure that fuel filter and the fuel filter bowl are clean and no air. Use the bleeder valve on top of fuel filter to bleed the air. Crank and crank till you get the air out.

You may also need to crack a couple of injector lines to bleed them. Crack a line on the DS and crank until you get fuel. Tighten and crack the next one. Repeat as needed.

What year is it? 94+ have an electronic Injection Pump so everything has to be plugged in and ground well. ECM or Fuel Solenoid Fuses. The Pump Mounted Driver (PMD) aka Fuel Solenoid Driver (FSD) need to be functional. The Injection Pump (IP) Fuel Solenoid needs to have power wires to it, and the ground comes up out by the PMD/FSD harness and needs a good ground. The Fuel/Engine Shutoff Solenoid (F/ESO) is a cylinder on top of the IP, needs power with Ignition, but could fail, but the plunger can be removed easily with a snap ring pliers and it will still work.

you should loosen the nut a couple of turns on as many lines as can be get at,not just crack 1 at the time, then run the nuts hand tight and crank the engine some more till only fuel spills out, then torque the nuts down.
IMO,That gives faster results when bleeding the IP and squirts

You did install the key stock in the cam gear which turns the injection pump right if not the pump doesn't turn therfore no fuel

Do you have fuel coming out of the ffm from powering the lift pump? How long does it take to fill a pint or quart container from there?

Do you already have a clear 1/4" return line out the front of the Ip to see if fuel is flowing when cranking?

Have you installed a fuel pressure gauge between the ffm and IP? If so, what pressure?

Havnt do that yet I fixed a bad fuel leak in the bottom of the fuel filter i check that line in front of ip it does have a little fuel not much

Maybe a fuel filter might be in order along with the little screen inside the center section:

He sells filters too:

You need to know you are getting fuel to and through the IP.

Go to home depot, lowes, etc for 1' of the clear 1/4" tubing to replace the line out the front of the ip. You'll need about 6"

Never trust noise from lift pump as working. Noise does NOT mean fuel pressure or volume is correct.
