Off Topic. Traveller, i finally see what you did to your airflows through bonnet and guard... I've seen your posts on a few sites and always wondered how it finished-up. I have 2 big vents in bonnet - id love your comments on. when i work out how to attach

What brand of heat sink is that with the gray Standyne PMD on it? It is my favorite style. I have a couple but do not remember where I got them - could have come with a vehicle or a parts buy.
I like that the mounting flange is on the fin side.

Yep, under my hood is busy and tight so the fsd is better out front.The airflow under our hood is dramatically different than a pickup truck. That's why the bumper mount for them works so well.
I f I have easy access, I think the best place is still on the IP. But I am not pulling the intake to swap one out on the IP.
