NEW UPDATED A-Team Turbo intake hose

All right then I will try and work out the details and get a firm price looks like I will be adding a total of 30 to 35 dollars more for the kit to get a one piece hose made. Dam tooling cost is killing me. That will take a lot of turbos to make up, but the part will be an american made part. So I will offer the one piece at cost to the previous ATT owners that want to upgrade, the kit will have the two piece untill I run out of stock on the hoses I just bought. Hose will be five ply silicone one piece with the correct angles. STILL got to get your own clamps (don't ask) :)

That's twice you've said that Dennis, so I have to ask why?:D

Well, after a few miles on my two piece hose system, the clamps are now repeatedly blowing off under pressure. I think repeated heat cycles have stretched the urethane and if you can't clamp it perpendicular to the the underlying pipe or manifold, the urethane is so slippery that the clamp simply slips off. Tighten it up real tight and it slips off right in front of your eyes.

So I need the one piece hose and need it badly.

Don't know if it will help you guys but a long standing DMax trick if having the CAC hose blow off is to clean the inside of the hose and outside of the pipe real good with Brakleen and spray a bunch of hairspray on the mating areas before putting them back together. Does a great job in that application.

Yes that would help me. Clearly, once the urethane got oil on it, the clamps started slipping off as if it was a greased pig. I noticed on the boost gauge as it could only reach 10 psi, then it would drop.
