Finally a solution so you don't have to glue valve covers to the head anymore!
These are reusable and you won't destroy your covers when trying to remove them after they were glued on with RTV.

That is GREAT !
I never ever relished the thought of gluing down valve covers. When I had the injector lines off of My truck, I did not remove and re-glue the covers just for that reason.
If I ever again remove the injection lines, I`ll be getting a set of these.

Yeah we have all just lived with having to glue them in the past. It was real hit and miss if you actually got them to seal.
As long as you use straight covers these new gaskets seal well.
I want to do my P400, Ill post a video when I do.

LOL Mine have not leaked any to date. LOL Maybe I should add some oil. OH wait, I now have it all drained, be adding new oil in a few minits. LOL

I will definitely be ordering some of these. My valve covers have been leaking since I put the engine back in this past February. Now I have a gasket that will actually freaking work. Thanks @Burning oil

I tried studs on a couple engines to help, but having to scrape off later meant pulling them all anyways.
Iirc there was 1 other hiccup but cant remember now.

Not needing to seal with goo- what a concept!

Im now recommending the use of a thin bead of RTV on both sides of gasket. Its a insurance policy so to speak. Its not a fun job to redo, so might as well do it. See vid on my site for info.
