The eprom chips have to match the pump your using. Kennedy sells one for the change over. You must specify if it is auto or manual tranny. I am using it with no issues and with the manual wastegate I'm getting 13.5-14.0 psi boost and no defueling or SES codes. This is just my experience.

I bought a BTNF from GM. Was fairly cheap I thought $65.00. Solved everything. Thanks everyone.

I got an ECM and CHIP from a 94 stickshift,had a 5068 IP in it

I'm guess the inline BT Noise Filter (low frequency noise filter) that GM supplied on the IP harness on certain years. And did away with it on others.

The letters are the broadcast code of the EPROMs in our OBD1 PCMs.
BTNF being one of the codes for an EPROM for the 5068 IP and manual tranny.
