This update as of right now does not have DPF or EGR restrictions in place. It does update alot of V8 functions to allow for faster scans, and I think it also includes basic V8 tune editing which is ALOT faster than V7 tune editing.

With every new update they keep saying the DPF/EGR restrictions will be in the next release, so who knows when they will actually implement it. So long as they keep running into bugs with the V8 software, I think the restrictions will stay on the back burner.
