New 6.6L Gas Engine for 2020 HD's

I love the idea of a new gas engine for the HD's.... but, WHY let it have the same displacement as the Duramax? Can you imagine listings coming soon saying it's equipped with a 6.6L engine, and everyone will assume it's the Duramax...

Haha, my son has a 2001 dodge ram with the 5.9 in it. No, not the cummins diesel the gas one.

Why didn’t they just take the already proven 6.0 and add a Turbo & tune?

Yea, why not a 7.0 liter or bigger.

Most are assuming thats a typo and should have been diesel or duramax.

These guys were reporting about what GM Authority was reporting on and mentions a new transmission for the new gas engine.

Also seems like there are some people out there that thinks Ford is going up in displacement to a 7.3L Gas Engine.
