My list of things that were required on my install besides the obvious,
Make sure you have a torch for heating up the bolts. it will save you some cursing.
I also bought a new oil drainback tube as mine would not come off the turbo while in the truck and i didn't want to cut it on the truck, all the metal falling into the oil pan.
May as well do the passenger side glow plugs while you in there.
When I cut the intake down to fit, my boost connection was right at the cut mark so I had to do that again, buy the boost bolt if thats the case on yours.
I also had a exhaust band clamp that was cracked I had to swap out later.
