Mystery mount. What goes here?

Between the ABS module and fender under the hood, it looks like a bracket is meant to hold something:

What's the mounting spot for?

I'm thinking about making a bracket to mount my Water injection pump there....seems like a great spot.

Temporary mounting, held in place with Zip Ties as the new filter sticks up just a tad too high. I've got the old style filter now but I'm going to get my $$ worth out if this one first.
