More fuel system woes :>(

If you still have starting issues - remove the #1 injector or easier one your call. Cycle the glow plug system and watch the glow plug. They should maintain a faint to bright glow during all the after glow cycles. If the glow goes before the last afterglow cycle on the controller out you have an issue with the GP system.

You can also take the injector down and have it tested for leakdown and spray pattern.
 
So what was the verdict?..............bad lines?.......LP?

I think it may have been the combination of the LP & line that fed it along with the LP check valve did not appear to be holding. The condition of the steel on both was very thin even though appeared dry the steel on both crumbled with very little force.

Thanks for the tips, hopefully my starting issues will be behind me. We'll find out in a couple of days.
