Modified 6.5 Build

Might not fit in the truck without some firewall mods. Up pipes are
2 3/8 stainless .

It's a 99 k3500. We are pulling the cab, so we might do a small body lift. Or slide the cab back,like one inch? It's also getting a custom flat bed ,which could be mounted slightly rearwards also.

Finally started this motor in the truck. It ran fine for a bit ,then dropped a cyl. When cracking the lines,barely any fuel at #2 cyl. The little fuel that came out was foamy. Can anyone guess what caused this ?

If no air in return line,
One cylinder only and IF you didn’t have to have the pump rebuilt... loose connection at the pump to line?

I built the pump ,it has a new head and rotor. Injector lines aren't loose. Injectors have china 311 nozzles .

I’m going to guess that since it was NUMBER 2 that was the problem, you had some sh!t in your line.....

Foamy .... you shook the bottle too much... fixed it by letting it sit a minute ....

Blocked passage in the pump is all I can think of at that point.

Yea, the nozzle was leaking compression into the fuel. I heard it can happen, just never seen it.

so what about spdgofasts test where there is no injectors involved but the 2 cylinder lines in question put out less fuel?

The nozzle wasn't seized,just not seating correctly,most likely a piece of dirt.
