Have you tried advancing the pump any yet? The 93- have to be manually set for the initial timing as they are fully mechanical injection. They adjust similiar to the Ds pumps, but there is no TDC offset to go by with them.

Mebby the IP timing is off a bit,are the timing marks lined up?
You could turn the IP a mm or so to the pass side to advance it a bit.
Fuel flow is plenty IMO,but you should measure it at the IP inlet,there is where it counts
Where did the squirts come from,what brand?
Are you sure you did'nt get a IP for a 6.2 instead.
I think it was diesel injection services in Pheniox. He also used to be hector with injectors on ebay I think he changed his ebay name becuase of feedback

He did finally send me a working one but it took forever. That's the one that the shop that tested it said was a used take out.

I think Bison was thinking of them right hand drive European versions. He is correct though for the 6.9/7.3 International/Navistar/Ford IDI engines(passenger side advance).
