Looks like it's time for a lift pump and a "FOR SALE" sign...

what is the status of your grounds, your OPS, and your PMD? have you checked that the LP is actually working by opening the t-valve?

I would bet you are getting air in the fuel system or fuel starvation still (clogged screen). Did you prime the system out of the T-valve or filter petcock prior to trying to start? What is the fuel pressure like while idling?

Air in the fuel will cause a bunch of codes like the ones you have.

Our initial intention was to get a motorhome to haul the enclosed trailer and the race car... We were in a bit of a hurry and went with a diesel pick up instead. So before throwing any more money at it and still having hoped we had purchased a motorhome, I will fix it, and sell it (probably with all the stuff I already got for it.), then get a motorhome.
Sounds like a plan!

Go get the rig you want.

Lots of deals out there on motorbikes these days for those with cash to spend...

I bled as much as I could by cycling the LP and then unscrewing the petcock at the top of the fuel filter. I don't have a gauge to hook up to see fuel pressure.

You don't need or necessarily want to cycle the lift pump. You should be able to ruin it by hotwiring it with a jumper wire to the G pin on a 95? - Verify that - mods fix that if it's incorrect and delete the excess out of this post please - I don't have time right now to verify anything - or You should be able to put the 95 in gear and turn the key to start to run the lift pump.

ARe the orings on each side of the lift pump in good condition?

Did you double check the lift pump that was on it to verify that it wasn't working by putting a suction hose on it in a container of diesel and trying to run it to another container or into your tank?
I ften just unhook the discharge end while the lift pump is still attached to the suction line. If I get no fuel and it's making pumping noises then I add the suction hose and test it off the vehicle. If it pumps off the vehicle then it's a good bet your problem is in the tank.
I've seen a lot of unnecessary part changing. It's easier on the frustration level and the wallet to do thorough diagnostics first.

Apparently I've had far better luck with AC Delco lift pumps for year 1993 than everybody else here. I have only replaced about 8 or so in all of my vehicles in all the years total.

That's in about 1,400, 000 miles total
