Leveling the 06 Tow mirrors?

I see the tow mirrors on alot of trucks. I want some, can they be "
leveled " eaisly? The look odd pointing upward IMO.
 
yess, all it takes is washers and some trimming of the plastic look.

Im the oposite of most people, I like the look with them pointing upward. The new trucks look like they droop down.
