K47 Part identification

I don't know the P/N for this piece, but is does this snap right into an older inner fender when switching to the K47 air box?

If so, does someone have one sitting around they would like to part with? If I recall correctly, the bracket to bolt to the wheel well is totally different and doesn't bolt right in. If that is in error, please correct me.

Yes, it does fit through the inner fender hole. It does on my 2000 K3500 annyhow.
