Yes/traded.
I do still have a Cummins 6BT 12 valve and adaptor to bolt a Chevy trans to it. If interested let me know.
$1800 for engine and $750 for adaptor.

So what did the mpg end up with the Isuzu in the burban? I wonder what it would get in a short bed short cab with a manual transmission...???
Best I got was 17. I think with right turbo set up I could have gotten 20+

Lol. I can't even find the comment. I went back through every post. Only took I could find that you made was that one for dimpling round tube to hold the hose on. I have been tired though so ignore that post.

If I had a dollar for every tool I "repurposed" I could retire. Well maybe not but you know what I mean. I have so many welded bits of doodads here and there I have forgotten for what purpose some of them are for. One of my favorites was some little cheapo side cutters I modified to get inner races off high speed dental drill chucks. With midwest tradition handpieces it was the only way to salvage the chuck. Fun times. Besides they weren't much good for cutting wire.
