Did they send you a messed up prototype? Or a mistake bumper? A prior return? I hope not. Sounds like they need a little better R&D people, as well as designers and welders.

From what I have seen they need to close the doors and regroup, reopen under a different name. I could never buy something that has the fit issues or the prep issues. These replacement bumpers are way too expensive to have these issues.

I purchased a Bodyguard rear for my 2008 Crew Cab LTZ. They were great to do business with. The fit was perfect and looked like it was really made for the truck. The first one I got had thin or defective powder coating. They built and shipped me a new one. All I had to do was package up the old one and drop it off at the terminal. It went on like OEM. I am really happy with it and them!
