I read your thread over there ....... they would be buying me a new carpet. don't you have a Lemon Law in CT?

Yes but it does not apply to used vehichles. I had everything ready to sue them including estimates for a new carpet installed but then I got busy with fuel and to be honest, It just wasn't worth my time. Yeah I'm pissed, but I don't have the time to pursue it.

yeah ....see ..... Lemon Law here also applies to used cars that are sold with in a certain percentage (or over) Fair Market Value to prevent Buy here Pay here dealerships from taking advantage of people that can't buy anywhere else or don't know cars......

still ....... I'd go break a knee cap or something over the carpet issue. My wife left partially filled apple juice container in my truck an i went ballistic when I found it 3 months later..... I hate nasty smells in my truck as I am allergic to almost everything.
