All I can say is WOW what a difference. It has always run good but nothing like the test ride I just got back from. Very pleased new rebuilds set at 2300 psi from a fellow brother forum member here. Not sure if wants his name advertised so you know who you are...a Big THANKS to you

I am eager to see how it starts tomorrow morning...:D

Its good feeling the difference after putting time into the truck. Quality workmanship has its advantages. And thats why having injectors rebuilt is often more economical and better than getting new production ones.

Which truck got the new squirts?

The green truck got em. I am gonna have the ones I pulled rebuilt next...& those are going into the Tahoe.

Yes I agree totally, no way I would install a set without knowing what the pop pressure is 1st! That is something I would not have known without all the inside info that has been shared with me from the great folks here on this forum!

Thanks All

Might be battery, cables and starter condition? Does it turn over as well as the Tahoe? Its possible that the Tahoe has had less abuse in its life, seeing how people use pickups.

Cables maybe? This thing has been a royal PITA ever since I had that problem with it a few months ago.

It has the batteries in it that came in the Tahoe. I guess that I should stop & have them load tested. When I moved em from the Tahoe they used to spin that over like fast & with authority. It does seem to struggle cranking it, not as fast as the Tahoe.

The Starter is brand new Delphi from advance.

New Bosch GP's well 7 of them all the GP connectors were checked & have power.

GP relay is about 6 months old

Fuel filter about 4K miles ago

LP runs & puts out about 6 psi w/ motor off & about 5 at idle.

FM heater was changed last fall, now that friggin O ring could be weeping...? Need to check that.

The one difference prolly worth mentioning is removing the fuel cap on this has never had any wooosh like the Tahoe & it's not the cap cause I swapped em, no difference, slight woosh on the Tahoe nuttin on this one.

It has never started the same ever since that morning last Nov when it didn't start, something just ain't quite right just have not found it yet...maybe the cables need replacing? Not sure but it's wearing me patience mighty thin!

Got help me out, O ring something with the IP?

This came on all of a sudden like...it always started like a champ before...I'm kinda frustrated with it. I am sure the spring weather here is gonna mask the issue fir a while.

Just a suggestion. Poking around the other day discovered a couple of the clamps on the fuel lines weeping. One at the LP was dripping and must have just started cause the truck has been "driveway trained" (not piddling anything) pretty well of late. The other at the T-Valve is wet at the clamp which is the factory style ones so infamous. I'll pick up a hose clamp tomorrow and have done with that one as I used the last small clamp at the LP.

Update from this morning...

Well I have not installed the tubing yet...

Being as my truck is a 95 & if you place it in gear with the motor off you can hold the ignition in the start mode & the the LP will run right along with the GP's. I did that this morning...it started right up. I could hear the LP change it's tune as the fuel manager pressured up, so I think it's time for all new lines and a check of them pesky little O rings to assure things are tight. Prolly install my new LP while I am at it.

Also going to mode the system so the LP will run along with the GP's...
