I think I might be losing some boost

I opened the hood to find this bolt missing.... I had it happen before and replaced it but this time the treads are gone... any Ideas for me

Bigger bolt or tab it out? My 94 does this from time to time too, I just keep changing thew bolt size/thread
 
I would pull top of intake, put a bolt, sealing washer, and nylon nut with red threadlocker to seal the hole once and for all. keep in mind, anything thats loose there gets sucked straight into your wallet.
 
Unless I'm mistaken that bolt is one of the ones that holds the upper plenum to the lower intake. I'd helicoil the lower intake and call it fixed.
 
Take the rear one out...measure length...buy new one 1/4 longer for front hole...torque carefully...yer good to go.
 
If at all possible just dump the restrictive emissions intake and get an "F" engine one. My guess is that 20-30 would get you a used one.
