Looks to be heat failure not all hose is rated for oil hotter than 250 deg f so I suggest buying a higher rated hose @ 350 deg f like continental or other quality aftermarket.
Another consideration is that the smaller lines maybe causing a pressure build when bypass gets real dirty.
My AMSOIL bypass is full diameter in/out and wondering why the smaller diameter on your setup?
If it is leaking from the hose from the FS2500 kit, they sell replacements. I thought 59 bucks was to expensive and went to hydraulic shop. The hoses themselves are an off size fittings are normal. The install on mine was routed different.
The FS2500 hoses are good.
It looks like it is either leaking from the hose end or it could be the valve covers and dripping off the hose end.
I'm going to do valve covers as soon as I get the starter on. As long as I am not held up by the constant Afibbing. Really been a pain lately.
First you need to know what hose size of fitting & type (NPT-AN-etc) is the fitting is this will be your starting point from here adapters are sold to match whatever hose fitting you have from Leroy so you're looking for a male to match that hose fitting then match whatever the thread type and size/pitch is for your T fitting.Where is a good place to buy the hose end and fittings? If I buy replacements together I should be guaranteed a matched pair.
Are the reusable steel fittings you use, good for The lines Leroy or lubrication specialist use for the their engine oil cooler kits?
Or can you recommend an oil line and fittings to make my own line if need be?
