That does look nice...I love the black...

I'd like to see that in a GMC since I'm not really a fan of the Chevys. I'm also not really a fan of the RBP grille. It seems like its got too much open areas. It looks like an aerodynamic nightmare...

Looks good with the bumpers and the hood. Makes it look stout. How's it drive? I also hear that 4.8 isnt the ballsiest motor out there either. Good choice in rims too.

The 4.8 really isnt that bad... Its got about as much guts as the 5.3L in my 2000 I had back in 01.... they got some more power in the NBS than the old ones... as for the grille, how would you think its an aerodynamic nightmare? The stock grille is the same shape, it just directs it more concentrated, this ones allows it to flow better.... if anything, I would think this grille would be better in a wind tunnel

she had no say in it... I just did it... and I am going to get her something else in a month or so because I did go a little overboard and I dont want it damaged...LOL
 
So, you get her something else but what happens to this in the mean time?
 
You should get her a new LMM, that thing looks bad though man I like it. I know that thing will scare some people when they see it comein up on them in the rearveiw mirror.
 
Looks good! Why did you go for a 4.8L 2WD truck to do all this stuff to? Don't say for the gas mileage either. A friend of mine gave me that line when he bought his 99 and it got 10 pulling a 6X10 trailer with 2 dirt bikes stuck in 3rd gear all the time.
 
That does not even look like the same truck!!! It is truly amazing what you can make one look like!!! I like it, now if it were just an LMM 4X4 then you would be in business...
 
It's not too bad...only thing I would axe is that gay star in the center of the grille for a billet bowtie... that and the chrome screws/rivets on the grille...they need to be black...needs towing mirrors...TTT or factory... maybe a pre runner rollbar and spare tire...
 
Looks freakin' sweet. Too bad you can't Line-X the whole damn thing; I saw a truck down at the dealer the other day completely linex'd, less tail lights and headlights of course. Looked awesome.
 
I will get some good pics up soon.... as for why I got a 2WD 4.8L.... it was the deal... a friend owns a lot and he gave me a deal too good to pass up
