Unhook your batteries a half hour. In the event that you changed resistor values on the PMD then there is a good chance the PCM see's one vaqlue but the PMD itself may have another value. Easy thing to fix right there and will cost you nothing more than time.
 
1 - Check all codes - if the TDCO was out of range, it *should* set a code.

2 - See what TDCO is

3 - disconnect the ECT sensor and see if the engine will run with the engine over 170*F
