I have a 93 chevy k2500 no click from fuel relay. Lift pump and fuel pump not coming on. Also gauges acting crazy. Found 2 connected ground straps burnt in half could this cause my problems.

Small grounds burnt in half means the big grounds aren't doing their job. Most likely engine to battery. Check the main battery grounds.

On 93's fuel pump relay only works while cranking over engine. After the engine fires, key released to run, the OPS takes over power to lift pump.

Use ACDelco OPS ONLY and not other brand.

IIRC, 93 is similar to 94-95 in terms of Lift Pump operations.
OPS will take over running the LP when engine is running as stated above.
There is also a mod to alleviate that issue by adding an extra relay.

Ground is very important, check the Technical Library with pictures of all the grounds.
It may be slightly different on a 93 but you get the idea.
