Help! HEATH DIESEL

Well. Heath does not answer my letters.
I want to cancel the order. Anybody tell me pls how can I do it? I did not find such a function on the his site.
Leroy has a more expensive shipping. But I want to give my money to him

If you paid a company with a credit card or PayPal and did not receive your order you can do a charge back. Contact your processing company.

I found Heat on Facebook! He wrote that my item had already been sent and gave me the tracking number.
Information about the tracking number is not on the site. I think he has a problem with the site.

Find out which shipper he used (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and go to the shipper's website and enter the tracking number directly into their package search. Fastest, easiest and most accurate way to track any package.
