Hi all, what a great forum with LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of info, I reckon it's the best source of diesel info on the web....but the forum would not be much without knowledgable members, GREAT WORK FOLKS.
I live my life stuck in the 80's, my chainsaws are from the 80's so is my music and trucks LOL, well include myself and my wife both born in the 80's. Things just seem easier to work on in the 80's so that is my golden choice.
Building trucks to haul firewood is my trait, whether or not the truck is used for skidding large doug fir logs I build them stout. I do not sell my wood trucks, just part them out when Im board with them and start over with a new project..
I started out as a chevy guy, tried fords, then dodge cummins but could not afford repairs on the dodge so went back to chevy. Dodge makes the toughest truck but overall rating and parts availabilty puts chevy in the lead as far as Im concerned. Dont get me wrong I like fords and dodges but a gm just seems to float my boat.
Anyways enough with the jibber jabber, thanks again to "THE TRUCK STOP" and its members. Forrest.
