Hey all, my name is Ray and I am new to this particular forum, but I belong to other ones to ask questions and get good sound advice. I recently traded my 2001 Chevy Silverado LS for a 1984 K5 Blazer Silverado edition. I just swapped out a crate goodwrench 350 for a freshly rebuilt one. Here are the specs of my K5:
-350 sbc
-76cc heads (looking to replace them with 65cc heads)
-Edelbrock torker intake manifold (looking to replace with a Weiand)
-Edelbrock 1406 600 cfm carb
-4” Zone Off-road lift in the front
-4” shackle flip in the rearCC7FAA06-0E36-4260-A1B9-F90E9155D59F.jpegB708CC74-3FA9-4088-BF0C-1FBED658C94A.jpegBB68F942-7795-462B-8A6C-3D7539CF79B6.jpegF59A81F3-69B7-40A5-A88A-DA6E12C3BAEF.jpegCA254064-D1DB-4EA6-A8A4-D5E46A55434D.jpeg2897C2E6-41D6-49CF-831C-4199166B60AD.jpeg

Welcome, I follow Merrill's Garage on the tube.....nice Blazer you have there... interesting motor mods planned.....I suspect you already know modifying the distributor to pull full advance down low gives you the best overall performance and economy too.
