The last time they all sold be fore I even had them in stock. I have some more on order, just checking to see if anyone else needs a new Walbro. They are capable of 16.5 psi, but by the time fuel hits the IP its around 10 psi and holds. Thats perfect for the DS4.

Cost did go up alittle this time because the barbed fittings do not come with the pump. I have to buy them extra. Last time I ate the cost because I did not know about the lack of fittings and had already given a price out.

Price will be $138 + $9 shipping.

Here is the link to the last "buy" Everyone was satified, no complaints!!

Like last time PM or email me for a Paypal invoice. Thanks.

What barbed fittings are included? 2 at the pump and 2 adapters to the OEM fuel line? Can you make them optional? (I have stuff laying around that will work...)

Sure w/o fittings will be $130. Just so you know the fittings I am supplying this time are a better barb fitting, an automotive type. It won't tear up the hose nearly as bad. They also cost double a regular barb.

One is sold already.

Edit: just reread your post. The LP bypass fittings are optional (adapter to OEM fuel lines)

This is a great improvment even if your old lift pump is still working (mine was) it is well worth the money I highly recommend this upgrade

Leroy are the mounting holes & pump dimensions on this pump the same as the FRB5?

Yep.
Once I get them in I will be looking at offering a mounting bracket also. i think Mike in the other post is onto something.

If I do a bracket i would like to see it so the pump is verticle. Raceday did a nice one on his.

I got mine last Thursday (5-5-11). Thank you Leroy for the quick shipment! I do have a question though, I did not know they were a poppet pump, are the FRB-5s rotary or poppet? In any case, installed and working very well! I have a prefilter in front mounted on a nice plate. I'll try to get some pictures, so I don' get one of these! :hihi: :nopics:

With this pump, as was mentioned before, it doesnt deadhead and shut itself off and on like the FRB5. With the FRB5 it would just click like once or twice after shutdown or when the line was primed. With this pump its like the stock one and I get the noticeable noise after shutdown until the OPS bleeds off oil pressure. Its kind of a reassuring noise. I cannot hear it in the cab while the enigne is running though, which is good.

Thanks, Buddy, mine is the same way. I guess I didn't realize the FRB-5 was pressure regulated. So what you are saying is that they are both poppet style. I'll try to snap a couple of pictures tomorrow. Anyone have any trouble starting a new thread on Walbro installation? Will anybody else post pictures for some new ideas?

I've still got 2 pumps ready to go and 5 more coming. Once I feel comfortable getting on the ground again I'll see what I can come up with for a mount.

indybeck where are those pictures!! Don't think anyone would mind if you made your own thread. I do it all the time if I have a little twist/mod or a different way of doing it. Just post a link back here so I/we don't miss it.

Hey what was the deal on these again ? Still got any ? I sold my Dually but before I did I finally hooked up the FP gauge. Looks like it could use a better LP. Pullin close to zero at WOT. I'll recommend it to the new owner. I'm a Raptor man myself but 400$ is too much for most people and overkill for these anyway.

Price $138 + $9 shipping. I do have 2 in stock

I just installed one on my Burban today. It really did make it more "peppy" I'll be hooking up an under hood gage tomorrow and will post the PSI I have.
Now its time to go party!! its my birthday!!
