Curious if anyone knows where I can find accessory brackets for 97 to 99 trucks with the 6.5 diesel? Possibly '96 - 2000 though I can't swear to that.
These brackets are the only ones from a truck that I can get to fit in a van. They have the serpentine belt of course.
The AC pump is driver side with 4 bolts holding it from the top and the power steering pump right under it.
Passenger side has the alternator bracket with the vacuum pump under it.
Fellow Passenger had some or part of what I needed but he flat disappeared. Hope he is ok.
for now I need to get this engine put back together. Thanks

I have a couple brackets from a late 90's hummer if they work for ya. If you can use them, lmk. I have no use for the vacuum pump. Alternator I am keeping. Power steering pump was ok not needed either. Just cover the ride.

I was going to build a remote power unit from the ps pump when I get rich and famous enough to buy a mile marker winch, but I will be 103 years old by then. Haha. I need less projects anyways.

Yeah Will that's the ones. I have piles of alternator stuff so I don't need the alternator. I could use the power steering pump but I can also buy one of those as well. I usually delete the vacuum pump or use it as a belt stabilizer. I use a manual fuel pump as the vacuum pump. A little slow but much much more reliable. Little tricky to do right though so I don't recommend it to others.
So how much? Send me a PM and I will try and figure out how PM's work. :)

At the top of the screen by your name is "in box" click on that when there is a number there, someone sent you a pm.
To begin a pm, click on the person's icon, and a screen will appear. Then click "start a conversation". Cool thing is you can do just 2 people or a group.

Just shipping costs, but I have to get it boxed up and ready to go. Local ups is at war with the corporate, so I will send fedex or usps. Please tale the parts yu dont use like vacuum pump and pass them on to who needs them.
Pm me your address in response to upcoming in box notice.
