GMTD Scan will not connect to truck.

I have the cable working but can not get the truck to connect to the program.
I have a computer with windows 10. I have seen other people having issues with this.
I will post up a picture of my what it is telling me.

Any ideas would be great!

Strange!
I disconnected everything, went for a drive, came home and connected it all back up.
It started working.

Yes, that is all I did besides walk away after shutting everything down.
I just have zero patience!
