just put new Bosch injectors in the burb(had china marine's that leaked from day 1) and a GL4 from Heath and ran it down the road with GMTDscan.....the highest fuel rate i seen was 72mm @ WOT....is that right?....i thought i read that about 86mm was the top?....or did i just dream that?:sleepy:

I believe the HEATH program will put out more fuel, but it is programmed to cap the display at 72.

double check they loaded the correct config, I got one once wrong file in it 70mm displayed confusion during programming can happen, all other than that 1 I got from Bill show 80+ when on WOT, you don't know how much + as scanner only displays 80 for max

i'll try it again tomorrow.......seems as it hit 72mm and stayed there?......wonder when Bill will be back from the flats?

boost 14@ WOT

fuel rate today is 79.64?.....do they get better with age?....no big load burb with 3 200# guys and 1000# of tools in the back....

well you must have correct config, my max boost with ATT & GM program config I was limited to 72 & 10 psi boost from lack of fuel, and yes there is some adaptive learning that takes place, but that usually happens pretty quickly

I got the GL4 just over Christmas. I took a run today with the snap on scanner from work. It showed 81.6 mm3 at WOT. Also found something else interesting. When I push the pedal to the floor it was only showing 86% throttle. So with moving the mats out of the way and pushing pretty hard I got it to 99%. Might have to do some shimming.

There is a fuel rate requested that goes up to like 95mm3, but actual fuel rate shouldnt show over 80mm3, unless the scanner programming is wrong. Its a matter of a multiplier, and max 8-bit hex value of FF, which is 255 and when multiplied by the PCMs multiplier is 80.

Yeah that was the requested fuel rate. Sorry I thought the thread was about the difference between the amount of requested fuel over stock PCM. Solus doesn't show actual fuel rate. Curious how GMTDscan calculates that.
