I'm just curious what size the fuel line is coming out of the top of the tank.. Thank you!

My return line on the engine is 5/16", can't recall if it stepped down to 1/4" at the tank - been a while since I replaced the fuel gauge sender assembly.

I can speak to what's at the engine side on mine. 3/8 to the fuel manager from lift pump, 1/4 to IP, 1/4 return to fuel manager, then 5/16 from fuel manager to lift pump. I haven't looked from there back to the tank.

wow thanks guys! so it is 3/8" coming out of the tank to the first inline fuel filter on the frame rail.. for the sending fuel line. thank you!!

I think you'll find that the inline filter on the frame rail is actually your lift pump.
X2, it has 2 wires going to it, correct?

I need to look at mine again as I thought it was 1/4 going to the lift pump(from the tank)(the filter with the 2 wires) and 1/4 to the filter. Might have to do some changing to 3/8's to feed the beast.:smile5:
