The first pic is of my brother 2003 Police Interceptor with snow drifting around it.
The second is looking straight down my mothers driveway from the garage.
The third is my mothers house.

These nex pics im on my way down Route 80 to my fathers house. I plow their driveways for half of each of their garages (one spot for my mustang and one spot for my truck). My dad has a 2002 Volvo XC70, does pretty good in the snow, he made it through the 3-4 foot drift before i got there. Notice the outdated registration sticker. I have the new one but i am afraid of it not sticking to the window, i was waiting for a warmer day. Alos got the updated 95 and newer wiper arms so i could get bosch icons. I got the icons on sale yesturday for 9.90 a piece, score!! Pep boys is not going to stock bosch icons anymore so they were on clearence.

In the last pic it is sure not 31 degrees!! The temp worked great for about 3 weeks, but now i think i got some crap on the sensor and it hasnt read quite right ever since. But even before it started acting up it read warm with the plow on.

Now the poor little Fords can get out of the driveway...:D

Looks good. The 6.5 earning it's keep.

I know whats this world coming too, now all my family has is fords!!! Even i have one!):h I will not own a ford truck tho, its will always be either a chevy or cummins....

Well, we've had very little snow so far here in SE Idaho, but we did get 6 to 8" Friday and Saturday. Had temps above freezing and a lot of it settled and melted, but I go back to work in the morning and I had to get my driveway open and the highway snowplow packed snow out so I could get the little HHR to the highway. First time I've broken out the plow this Winter, but it's far from over here in Idaho, we get snow through May. Before you guys start, I KNOW that my Sportplow is not a "real" plow, but it has worked well for me now into the fifth Winter since I bought it.

Hey man its still a plow, looks like the wind could blow something fierce there. Im at one of the highest elevations around so we get more snow in our driveways when it blows than when it snows straight down...

I'm sick of snow and cold already. -10* and blowing at -25* wind chill this AM. 'Bout froze my ass off stoking the boiler and then loading the tractor on the trailer after it took 20 min for the tractor to warm enough to get it into gears.
You KNOW it's cold when just letting the clutch out in neutral will kill the engine...

Right you are, Dieselslug. We usually don't get massive accumulation because we are high desert and at 4100 feet, but we get serious drifting, and it's so bad sometimes that highways are closed for a day or more. We also get bitter cold temps from the Canadian northwest when the jet stream turns south this time of year. Being on a US route, it gets plowed pretty regular, there must have been a plow going by every 10 minutes all day and night on Saturday. They pack the mouth of my driveway and beat the crap out of my mailbox!

Yeah, i should have gotten a better pic of my dads mailbox. It gets hit at least twice every year. Last year it got hit once, we were going to get a new one but we figured if we could get 2 out of this box we were doing good. Check out my last pic in my post 3 just above my passenger side fisher headlight. Thats my mail box and paper box in a drift! We have to get my 755 bucket tractor out to find it after every big storm. The plows cant even see it..

Dude, try living in Watertown. We had brutal winters up there. I think they're up to 100" or so by now. Mom in Syracuse called me today to tell me that they just got another 2 feet yesterday and another 8-10" is expected tonight, with temps at zero.

**** that.

This summer i plan to buy a snomobile and would like to make weekend trips up there. There are on the persistent side of the lake for sure!

I was un-aware the 95+ wiper arms were different. I'm assuming they swap right in and just have a different head for the wiper itself?! I was going to grab a set of those bosch wipers myself but they didn't fit...
