Who makes a good fender flare for my GMC and where's a good place to buy them?

Another question I want to ask about is a tailgate protector for the top of the gate. I saw one that looked like a little small wing, flat on top maybe about 3 inch's long anyone see anything like this ? I can't seem to find it now that I'm looking for one.
