Has anyone used these? 5 year warranty.
I don't know if the orientation on these means anything, but it seems strange that they're not consistently oriented. 1683116201801.png
 
Looks like the heads were surfaced with the pre-cups still installed. I'm not sure if that's what you have to do.

As far as cups go, these are likely aftermarket, so they don't fit like real ones do and will twist. For info, if using MLS gaskets the cup needs to be flat with the head, if not the gasket won't compress like it needs to and leak, that's one reason some folks think MLS aren't a good choice, they are the best choice if the cups don't protrude and the serfaced has the right ra finish.
 
Looks like they might be slightly turned one compared to the others.
I dont see as how that could really create any problems.

It's a known known: You install the pistons backwards and the flame thrower hole in the precup WILL cut a new relief in the piston for you.

So the "aim" of the precup now misses the relief in the piston. Not Good.

Further it being aimed wrong will screw up the swirl flow of burning air and fuel on top of the piston area that's responsible for what little power and efficiency IDI engines get. The fuel doesn't only burn in just the prechamber.

Precup out of alignment will allow the glow plug still because the glow is coming in on the back side - it is inside the cup. The port that you see when looking at the head face and the end of the valves is supposed to aim to the dish cut in the piston. Absolutely it can affect efficiency in a negative way.

Having never had a precup out of a head, just how large is the hole in the precup compared to the hole in the head that the glow plug passes through and screws into? I thought that they were both the same diameter and that it was actually the pre cup that a swollen g p was getting caught on when trying to remove it. Learn something new every day on here!
 
Pre cups are roughly 1.5" in diameter. The hole in the precup is only about 5/8" wide
When you say "hole", are you referring to the throat the flame front travels out of and across the piston, or the hole the glow plug passes through into the pre cup when the glow plug is screwed into the head?
