Exhaust sugg.for 03 Dmax?

billdog350, Where are you located? If you run into problems and aren't too far from Fayetteville, Tn. just bring it by the chevy dealer and we'll take care of you.:D
Carriage Chevrolet – A Fayetteville dealer serving Petersburg, TN, southern Tennessee and north Alabama.

Thanks for the offer Tracker954x4. I'm located in CT....its a BIT of a haul to TN....however for $3000 worth of injectors, gaskets, injector pipes, install, etc....it might be worth it. I am running Power Service in the truck right now plus some 2 stroke and I think that cleaned up some of my smoke. If I warm it up and the smoke is there at idle, I'll throw the stock tune on there and drive right down to the dealer and see if they can check it all out. It's only 3 min of my time to throw the tune on and 15 minutes to drive to the nearest dealer. I know my balance rates are within spec (I haven't checked in park...maybe they're out of spec there) but maybe the return rate will be enough to get them replaced. I'd love to have new injectors in there, it would be a HUGE peace of mind for the next XX,XXX miles. With my new 2micron prefilter, and soon to be installed lift pump, I'm sure the next set should last.
