nticed that my down pipe is lose from the turbo but the clamp is as tight as it gose where can i find a new one got my exhaust from ssd and the clamp that came with it didnt last very well any one got a better place

The flange on the turbo is thicker and slightly bigger than the pipe

Really???? I did my exhaust and mine leaks now too!!!! When i go down a hill the cab fills up with fumes. I just thought it was so crusty... i must have put it on the wrong way too.....

I had a look at one i got on the shelf, Flipping it over will work but the nut is gonna face to the rear. reason i said it is if the down pipe had been rattling for some time both clamp and Dpipe will wear at the bottom half. flipping might give a fresh surface.
A better option might be to sqeeze the clamp with the flat side in the vice, to bring the tapers closer together.

You need a new clamp. We use these things all the time on turbocharged airplanes and there is a service limit as to how much gap there must in the open space of the clamp where the bolt goes. They do stretch with time and heat.
