I pulled 12 codes from my truck via the paper clip method. The 12 codes are:
DTC 29 - Glow Plug Relay Fault
DTC 32 - EGR Circuit Error
DTC 33 - EGR Control Pressure/Baro Sensor Circuit High
DTC 35 - Injection Pulse Width Error (Time Short)
DTC 36 - Injection Pulse Width Error (Time Long)
DTC 46 - Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Circuit Fault
DTC 73 - Pressure Control Solenoid Circuit (Current Error)
DTC 84 - Accelerator Pedal Position Circuit Fault
DTC 87 - Transmission Gear Ratio Error
DTC 99 - Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 5-Volt Reference Problem
DTC 62 - Turbo Boost Sensor Circuit Low

I cleaned the ground on the stud on the back of the engine and checked all of the fuses all are fine. I disconnected the battery cables the other day but I forgot a positive so I just disconnected them all. Will re connect and post results. Please let me know what I can do to fix thing. The shitty MPGs are killing me and the engine light and not having cruse is annoying. No other driveablility issues thus far

Good news! Once the codes cleared the only two that returned were 33 and 35 which are both EGR so I guess Im doing an EGR delete soon.

It can also be caused by a bad PMD, it is the cause of your cruise not working.

Hutch, welcome!

There is a need for carrying a spare pmd in these trucks just like a spare tire. Cleaning the grounds and clearing the codes after writing them down was a good move. Next try the pmd like mentioned above. It is very susceptible to failure causing all kinds of weird things.

code 35 can be either PMD or IP some people have luck running 2 stroke or ND 30wt oil in their fuel. If it helps your generally are buying time on replacing your IP. You should run either one all the time to prevent lack of lubrication in the IP

So I should throw some 2 stroke oil in there and if that fixes it start saving for an IP? And if not buy a new PMD? So what do I do about the egr code

Both!!! The PMD is for spare as indicated above.

2 cycle/stroke oil in fuel everytime you fill up to increase the ULSD lubricity.

Also with that many original code, the truck have some faulty grounds somewhere.
Chances are it is the one in the back to the passenger side of the fuel filter.
