Hey all,

I have a buddy that has a 97 F350 and tried to load a programer on his pick up. The programer refused to load due to a P0603 code. We know that it is a Internal control module KAM error, but have no idea what that meens. Can anyone help please.

P0603 is set anytime battery power is disconencted from the ECM, and will remain I believe for 50 starts. Also I believe some aftermarket programmers wil lalso set this code in them as well. Try having it checked by an actual scanner to see if teher are any other codes as teh P0603 shouldn't cause a problem with a flash.
