Putting my engine back together and having a brain freeze...

With the timing set at TDC (crank timing mark at 1200 and cam timing mark at 600) where should the IP pin be?

If I remember correctly it's 1200 and the pin goes in the elongated hole in the gear.

cam timing as per normal cdrank dot at the top cam dot at the bot. rotate the engine until the cam do is at the top then put IP gear dot at the bot. IP can only go in one way
